Fantastische ervaring: I dealt with charlotte on a small group of 7 senior citizens for trip to belgium(ghent,Bruges,Brussels) in APR/MAY2023, the interactions, responses, arrangements and delivery were very professionally and caringly handled. Fantastische ervaring: I recommend Charlotte Declerq and MPBenelux Incoming as a DMC and for tailormade tours. I have personally been in groups to Brussels and have also sent groups to Brussels from the Caribbean and seen how she handles professionaly all the details for a tailormade tour, with the end result being an excellent experience with the group. Five star service!

Fantastische ervaring: I had the privilege to work with Charlotte Declercq while she was responsible for the DMC departement of Keolis. She was a very devoted and motivated collaborator who knows BENELUX like the palm of her hand. She meticulously carried out the projects she was assigned and made sure they were succesfully accomplished until the end. I would recommend Charlotte to any company looking for a partner DMC in Benelux.
