Negatieve ervaring: Het Engels van de gids was ontzettend slecht, helaas. Niet alleen de vele moedertaalsprekers uit de VS, GB en Ierland op onze rondleiding waren totaal teleurgesteld. Wees gewaarschuwd! Gebruik van de (bestaande!) toiletten in de bus tijdens de rit van 1,5 uur werd geweigerd, zelfs op verzoek en zelfs in een noodgeval. Echter, de dame op de parkeerplaats bij aankomst verdient 50 ct p.P. (oftewel letterlijk iedereen die in de bus zat) in plaats daarvan. Niet aanbevolen voor families met kleine kinderen of ouderen of iemand anders die mogelijk binnen een tijdspanne van twee uur na hun hotelontbijt een toilet nodig heeft. Geen enkele aankondiging ergens dat de toiletfaciliteiten in de bus niet beschikbaar zijn! De tour is daarom niet aan te bevelen.

Negatieve ervaring: Drama-ervaring. Ik probeerde een probleem met de data in de reservering op te lossen door een wijziging van data voor te stellen, maar ze gaven me geen aandacht, na talloze telefoontjes. Ik kwam zelfs naar de ontmoetingsplek om de tour te maken waarvoor ik betaald had, maar niets, ze lieten me daar in Brussel staan en hielden mijn geld. Een juweeltje van een bedrijf: nooit meer, natuurlijk.

Fantastische ervaring: O bairro onde Anne Frank viveu realmente, e onde ainda se encontra a livraria, ainda guarda um charme todo especial. Inclusive o apartamento na rua de tras, as placas na calçada enfrente ao apartamento e a estatua na praça enfrente ao apartamento. Nada da muvuca comercial que virou o museu no Harleem

Positieve ervaring: !!English tour guide Pablo provided a great amount of detail for Brugge/Gent sights. Downside- 1.the bus was hotter than outside and many of the passengers in the back off the bus spent much of the drives/ride in agony. 2. Apparently, the English passengers like me and others were obviously an after thought, it was difficult to fully benefit from our guides information as he was constantly drowned out by the other language being play over speakers on the bus. Recommend your break up by language. Really made us feel like we were an last minute add. 3. They should mention to passengers that almost all bathrooms require payment to use then, or that many of the places are cash only. 4. They only had maps for your free time in a language not associate with your language preference, it was great for the other passengers ...too bad for us it was of no use.

Fantastische ervaring: We went on the guided tour of Bruge from Brussels with Guiomar. The tour itself was great but the guide, Guiomar, truly made the experience exceptional. We were booked for the Spanish speaking tour, as that was all that was available that day coming from Brussels. Upon checking in, however, Guiomar learned that English was our first language and arranged for us to meet up with an English speaking group, from Amsterdam, once we arrived in Bruge that she was leading. She sat with us on the bus and translated everything into English for us throughout the ride, took us around Bruge while we waited for the group to come in from Amsterdam, and gave us personal recommendations on restaurants, chocolate shops, and other sites to see while on our allotted "free time." Once the tour was over, she went as far as to offer restaurant recommendations in Brussels, and sites to see where we were staying in Saint-Gilles. We've been on many city tours and this one offered by Nice Day Tours is top-notch. Again, much praise to Guiomar, as she is a perfect example of an exceptional tour guide. Personable, knowledgable, considerate, enthusiastic... just perfect!
