Fantastische ervaring: Michele en zijn collega's zijn geweldig om mee samen te werken! Goede kennis van m'n wensen, boekingen en steeds tijdige communicatie. Ze maakten alle voorbereidingen voor mijn eerdere reis gemakkelijk en ik heb me altijd gerust gevoeld , indien alles geregeld werd. En dat was steeds het geval! Als geboren globetrotter ben ik totaal niet gewend aan "georganiseerde reizen", maar TUI Woluwe voldeed volledig aan mijn verwachtingen.
